Prior to this, she served as Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Senior Vice President for Pet Paradise & New Day Veterinary Care, where she elevated clinical care standards, increased patient charges by 30%, and boosted employee retention by 20% through cultivating a thriving, positive work culture.

Earlier in her career, Jaime owned multiple Banfield Pet Hospitals, excelling in operational leadership, financial stewardship, and community engagement.
